Vita Elaine, 80, of Fargo, ND died Sunday, February 2, 2020 at home under the care of hospice.

Vita Tousley was born March 13, 1939 in Minneapolis, MN to Richard and Vita (Anderson) Tousley. She attended area schools and after graduating from high school, she moved to Fargo, ND. She met her husband, Loren Schulz, and they were married May 27, 1961 at Trinity Lutheran, Moorhead, MN. She worked briefly at Fargo Laundry and did babysitting, but mostly, she was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, decorating for the holidays, watching NASCAR and horse racing.

She is survived by her children: Rob (Karen), Moorhead. MN; Lorna; Lorri (Allen), both of Fargo, ND; and Jamie (Lisa), Harwood, ND; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and sisters, Donna and Yvonne.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two infant children.
