Violet Unterseher, 85, Fargo died Thursday, November 8, 2018 at ManorCare, Fargo.
Violet Schrum was born on November 21, 1932 in Kulm, North Dakota to Jacob and Christina (Heil) Schrum. She attended rural school near home. At age 16 she worked for the North Dakota State Hospital for three years. Violet moved to Fargo and was a nanny. She married Otto Unterseher on July 11, 1953 in Fargo. They lived in Fargo. Violet worked for Fargo Bakery for 11 years and then 30 years for Quality Bakery.
Violet enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and taking care of her grandchildren.
Violet is survived by a daughter Ranae (Frank) Charon, three sons: Richard, Roger (Judy) and Randy (Becky), fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and the thirteenth one due in March, a sister Carrie Burnhagen.
Violet is preceded in death by parents, husband.
