Vicki L. Bruns, 59, of Fargo, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Sanford Health.

Vicki was born May 17, 1954 to John and Mable (Brevik) Sakellson. She attended area schools. She worked various jobs in the FM area, retiring from the Fargo Forum. Vicki married Mike Bruns in 1972. They later divorced.

Vicki is survived by her sister, Diane (Eldon) Hodnefield, Perham, MN; nieces, Jackie, Amber, Renaie, and Stephanie; grand-nieces, Mackenzie, Ashlynn, Sophia, and Hailey; grandnephew, Dominick; numerous cousins and many friends, including very special cousins, Pam (Mike) Myhre, and special friends, Diane and Andria. She was preceded in death by her parents.
