He is survived by his father, Dale, Omaha, NE; daughter, Amy (Gary) Elstein, Chicago, IL; son, Joe Duncan, Moorhead, MN; grandson, Ian Elstein; sister, Sammi Duncan, Omaha, NE.
He was preceded in death by his mother, and brothers, Jeffrey and Bradley Duncan.
