Stacy Smith, 48, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Stacy Rae Smith was born to Charles and Vicky (Miller) Smith in Jamestown, ND, on December 24, 1977. She grew up with older sister, Tesha (Smith) Roehrich and younger brother, Taylor Smith in Jamestown, ND. She graduated from Jamestown High School, followed by obtaining her associates degree at MN State Technical College Moorhead, in Business, marketing, and management. She pursued a career in the hospitality industry in the Fargo, ND, area for many years.

She cherished her beloved dogs, Harley, Willow, Lenny and most recently, Kash. She was a die-hard MN Vikings fan, along with being her nephew and nieces BIGGEST cheerleader at whatever sport it was they were in. She enjoyed shopping, crafting, fishing, and family time.

Stacy is survived by her parents, Charles and Vicky (Miller) Smith; sister, Tesha (Chad) Roehrich; brother, Taylor (Alicia) Smith; nieces, Meghan (Mason) Tangen, Madison (Drew) Greely, McKenzie (Christian) Albert, Harper Smith, and nephew Liam Smith; great-nieces, Naomi Albert, Aria Greely; and great-nephews, Reign Tangen and Anais Albert, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home in Fargo, ND, with a visitation one hour prior. The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home’s website.
