Richard Biel, 70, of Fargo, ND, passed away on April 13, 2023 after a brief illness at Essentia Health in Fargo.

Richard was born on July 26, 1952 in Carrington, ND to Henry and Violet (Hedine) Biel. He married the love of his life, Colleen Schmit, in Carrington.

Richard's wishes were that no services would be held. He enjoyed doing fireworks every summer, and in honor of that please consider a donation to your local fire department.
