Randolph W. Mann
Resident of Fargo, North Dakota
August 24, 1947 - May 21, 2026
Randolph "Randy" Mann devoted his life to quality time with his close friends, family, and continuously creating beauty in the world.
Among many other traits, he was known as a caring instructor, a seed planter, a patient baker, a puzzle solver, and the life of the party, which culminated in the recipe for a full life, richly lived.
He was an accomplished and passionate traveler - always on the move. Some of his greatest joys were cruise ship excursions, improving at bridge, and learning complex new cooking techniques.
From a B.A. in English and Theater to an M.A. in English as a Second Language, Randy spent his career inspiring his students and investing in their learning of the written and spoken world.
He is survived by his husband, Yasuji; his daughter, Kelsey; his granddaughter, Keira; three brothers, Daryl, Rick, and Derwin; and one sister, Mona. He was preceded in death by his parents, William "Bill" and Rose Mann of Bismarck.
Randy lived with a thoughtful patchwork of fun-loving and purposeful energy. His legacy of creativity and enjoying life will be remembered by all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held starting at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026 in Fargo, ND at the Four & Four at 404 Avenue North, Suite #2.
