Patrick J. Triggs

Patrick J. Triggs, 70, Fargo, ND died unexpectedly in his home on April 2, 2016.

Patrick J. Triggs was born October 24, 1945 in Marshfield, Wisconsin. In 1964 he graduated from Fargo Central High School where he was a standout athlete in football and basketball. He graduated from NDSU in 1968 and joined the Air Force in 1969. Following his discharge, he started his banking career at Dakota National Bank, later called Dakota Bank. He finished his banking career with Northwestern Bank in Dilworth in 2011. His son, Jonathan was born in 1986. Patrick loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed passing on his considerable skills in these areas to Jon and his step-son, Greg Olson.

Patrick is survived by his son, Jonathan, Portland, OR; step-son, Greg Olson, Portland, OR; sister, Pamela, Fargo; brother, Michael, Des Moines, IA; sister, Michelle Madsen, Tucson, AZ; and nieces, Whitney (Dylan) Staples, Jill (Dan) Engelsmeier and Jacqy (Dwayne) Gorman and their children.
