Ole Orseth, 88, died Sunday, January 7, 2007, in Riverview Place, Fargo. Ole Orseth was born January 21, 1918, on a farm south of Mapes, North Dakota. He married Vivian Boostrom October 16, 1943, in Lakota, North Dakota. They lived near Lakota where Ole spent his life farming. They retired to Fargo in 1998. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Vivian; four children, Cheryl (Tom) Schmidt, Plymouth, MN; Jim Orseth, Midland, Texas; Judy (Doug) Robertson, Coral Springs, Florida; Bob (Linda) Orseth, Fargo, ND; a sister, Ruth Orseth, Bend, OR; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Memorials preferred to Riverview Place, Fargo and Hospice Red River Valley. Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 13, at the Riverview Place Chapel, Fargo, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial: At a later date, in Lakota, ND.
