Mary Eilleen Ellingson, 64, of Fargo, ND, died Sunday, July 13, 2008 at Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo. Mary Rogers was born October 27, 1943 in Barnesville, MN. She graduated high school in Barnesville and attended the University of North Dakota and went on to complete a degree as a registered nurse. She worked at MeritCare for most of her career. She married Arnold Ellingson on June 21, 1996 at First Lutheran Church in Fargo. Her family was the most important part of her life and she was so supportive and proud of all her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Arnold, Fargo, ND; daughter, Anne (Barry) Polk, Chesapeake, VA; step-son, Keith Ellingson, Minneapolis, MN; step-daughter-in-law, Shelly Running, Perry, OK; sister, Barb Johnson, Crystal, MN; four brothers, Raymond (Leona) Garden Valley, ID, Dave (Sue) East Hampton, CT, Richard, Barnesville, MN and Earl (Julie), Barnesville, MN; seven grandchildren, Kyle, Seth, Kendall, Grady, Bryson, Brayley and Brooklyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-son, Glen Running. Mary will be missed by her family and countless friends and associates. Funeral: Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 10:30 AM at First Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Visitation: Wednesday, July 16, 2008 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Burial: Barnesville City Cemetery, Barnesville, MN.
