Marjorie Joan (Holt) Loos, 87, passed away December 19, 2020 at Lilac Homes Memory Care Center in Moorhead, MN. Marjorie was born December 11, 1933 in Grafton, ND, the daughter of Ruth and Sam Holt. She enjoyed growing up on the family farm with her two sisters and brother. She graduated from Grafton High School in 1951. After graduation, she worked at the Grafton Telephone Co. as an operator. On October 26, 1952 she married John Loos. John and Marge made their homes in Grafton, ND, Jamestown, ND, Detroit Lakes, MN and Fargo, ND.

Marge was a homemaker and had a busy life raising three children. John and Marge enjoyed many summers at Pelican Lake and many winters in Lake Havasu, AZ. Marge was an avid gardener and had many beautiful flower gardens.

Marge was preceded in death by her husband John Loos, her parents, sisters
Arlene (Lon) Stenerson, Jackie (Herb) Johnson, and brother Bill Holt,
brother-in-law Harold Blanchard and great-granddaughter Britta Halvorson.

Marge is survived by her children, Janel (Keith) Wanttaja, Prior Lake, MN,
Tom (Deb) Loos, Fargo, ND, Rob (Shelly) Loos, West Fargo, ND; eight grandchildren, Todd Wanttaja, Lori (Jeff) Halvorson, Rosanne Wanttaja,
Jason (Moriah) Loos, Joshua (Tara) Loos, Amy (Mitch) Johnson, Christine (Josh) Seeger and Cory Loos, sisters-in-law, Pat Holt, Nancy Blanchard, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Frank and Linda McCann, brother-in-law, Dennis Loos. She is survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
