Obituary
Marion F. Sagert, 83, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Langdon, ND, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo, ND.
Marion was born June 26, 1930 in Cavalier, ND to Arthur and Florence (Freschette) Burke. She attended schools in Cavalier and Tacoma, WA, graduating from Cavalier High School.
She worked for a short time at her brother’s bakery in Cavalier before marrying Gus Sagert on January 2, 1952 in Hallock, MN. In 1963, the family moved to Langdon. Her husband operated the Standard Oil Station, where Marion did the bookkeeping and she was a homemaker.
Marion is survived by her daughter, Polly (Carl) Wendelbo; grandson, Cody (Susan); great-grandsons, Carter and Dylan; sister, Bette Ault, all of Fargo, ND.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Don and Maurice Burke and sister Glenna Knoll.
