Margaret Henrietta Miller, 97, formerly of Fargo, ND, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 at her home in Robbinsdale, MN.
Margaret, daughter of Henry and Bertha (Krueger) Mergenthal, was born July 5, 1919 in Hillsboro, ND. She Graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1937 and then attended and graduated from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in 1941. She was employed by St. Luke’s Hospital, St. John’s and Dakota Clinic in Fargo and Boulevard Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. She retired in 1984. Margaret married Arnold I. Miller on May 29, 1941 in Moorhead, MN.
She is survived by daughter, Betty (Frank) Murphy, Coon Rapids, MN; son, Jack (Sharon) Miller, Mound, MN; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and sister in-law, Mabel Mergenthal.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Arthur, Willard, Earl; sisters Dorothy Webber and Lena Dux.
