M. Lorraine Moen, 92, of Fargo, ND, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Bethany on University, Fargo.

Mildred Lorraine Moen was born May 5, 1922 in Gardner, North Dakota to Arthur Rudolph and Norah Mathilda (Emery) Moen. Lorraine grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo Central High School. She attended Interstate Business College, Fargo. She worked at several businesses in Fargo as a stenographer. She retired from NDSU Soils Department after many years. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church Senior Choir. She was active in her circle at church and enjoyed many music events and concerts.

Lorraine is survived by her brothers, Arne R. Moen, Bellevue, WA, Norman A. (Patricia) Moen, Minneapolis, MN, Ivar B. (Frances) Moen, Elgin, IL; sister, Muriel E. Dostal, St. Paul, MN; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John Moen; and sister, Marion Snortum.
