Lloyd George Susag was born April 14, 1919 in Rutland, North Dakota, to Sigvart and Mabel (Hoflen) Susag. He married Beulah Donaldson and together raised eight children. Lloyd was a farmer and worked in Agricultural Real Estate. He was active in his community, enjoyed telling stories, singing, and was most proud of his children. Lloyd was able to celebrate a belated 94th birthday with his entire family shortly after Memorial Day this year. He entertained everyone there with his singing and the stories he shared of his life.

Lloyd died July 15, 2013 at Sanford Health Palliative Care, Fargo, ND.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, June; sons, David Edward (Marsha) Susag, Ivan Lloyd (Phyllis)
Susag, Joel Donald Susag, Ronald Stanford Susag, and Wayne Paul Susag; daughters, Carolyn Faye (Jay) Susag Story, and Sandra Jean (Jose) Susag Grajeda; grandchildren, Erik and Mark (Briget Carlson) Susag, Sander and Ana Brit Story, Lilliana and Carolyn Grajeda; and great grandchildren, Ava and Gabriella.
