Linda M. Haring

Beloved wife, mother, and grandma.

Linda Marie Haring (Bakkerud), 74, of Fargo was called to Heaven, passing on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Hospice’s Heather’s House.

Linda was born May 26, 1949, in Fargo, ND, the daughter of Kermit and Mary Bakkerud. She was raised in Kindred, ND. In June of 1972, she married Lowell Haring. Linda attended North Dakota State School of Science, where she completed an associate's degree and worked for over 40 years in the grocery distribution industry.

Linda's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Among the many who are grateful to have shared in her life and memories include her husband, Lowell of Fargo and her daughter, Linnea (Cory) Nelson of Illinois. Linda loved sharing her time with her grandchildren, Harland Nelson and Lucas Nelson.

Linda leaves behind her sister, Barbara (Jerry) Hans and her brother, Allen Bakkerud, both of Fargo. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Kermit and Mary Bakkerud and her nephew, Christopher Hans.
