Kristann Leen, age 54, from Everett, Washington, passed away on February 12, 2024, at Swedish Hospital in Edmonds, Washington, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on December 12, 1969, in Fargo, ND, she was a graduate of Ada High School and pursued further education at Moorhead State College. Relocating to Washington in 1994, she worked as an operations manager at Home Depot until her battle with Multiple Sclerosis unfortunately affected her ability to continue working.

Kristann had a deep passion for music. Throughout her college years, she was involved in wind ensemble and orchestra, showcasing her talents on instruments including the flute, piccolo, and piano. Beyond college, she lent her talents to numerous weddings, and church services, and extended her knowledge to others by teaching lessons.

In addition to her passion for music, Kristann enjoyed various other activities. An avid lover of animals, she was a wonderful pet owner and recently found joy in birdwatching, enjoying the beauty of her wooded backyard. Her love for the outdoors extended to her passion for hiking, water skiing, swimming, and lifeguarding.

Kristann was preceded in death by her father, James Leen; and brother, Brent Leen.

She is survived by her mother, Carolynn (Dale Rostberg); sister, Kari Leen (Joel Schmid); and her step-sister, Kim (Scott) Parks.
