Keith Ziemer, 53, of Fargo, ND, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Keith Everett Ziemer Jr. was born August 19, 1972, in San Diego, CA, to Keith and Virginia Ziemer. He grew up in Molalla, OR, where he attended school and graduated from high school.

In 2006, Keith met Cassie Donaldson in Salem, OR, and they were married on January 12, 2007, in Fergus Falls, MN. They made their home there for several years before returning to Oregon. In 2015 he graduated from Treasure Valley Community College. In 2016, they moved to Fargo, where they built their life together and raised their two daughters.

Keith was a proud yet humble man with a remarkable ability to think outside the box and solve problems. He was a skilled machine operator who took pride in his work at The Pallet Company.

Above all, Keith was devoted to his family. Cassie and their daughters were his greatest joy, and he took deep pride in providing for and caring for them. He was especially proud of his sobriety, which allowed him to be fully present for the people he loved most.

Keith is survived by his wife, Cassie; daughters, Mersadies and Sofia; brothers, Tim and Leroy; sister, Debbie; step-sisters, Debbie (Duke) and Dee (Dave); mother, Virginia; parents-in-law, Frank and Ellen Donaldson; sisters-in-law, Myla and Jessica (Mat); brother-in-law, Andy; and many nieces, nephews and beloved family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Sr. and step-mother, Priscilla.
