Justin Korczak, 24, of Fargo, ND, died Wednesday, October 14, 2009, in Fargo. Justin Matthew Korczak was born October 20, 1984 in Fargo, ND to Matthew and Rynell (Kautz) Korczak. He graduated from Fargo North High School in 2003, and from the Western Culinary Institute at Portland, Oregon in Hospitality & Restaurant Management in November 2008. Justin played soccer and enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, camping, cooking and riding his motorcycle. Justin is survived by his parents, Matt and Rynell Korczak; his brother, Jordan Korczak; maternal grandmother, Irene Kautz; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Matt, Rynell and Jordan would like to thank their friends, neighbors and family for all of their love and support during this time.
