John Arthur Moen, 95, died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Bethany on University Retirement Living in Fargo, North Dakota.

John was born January 29, 1920 to Arthur Rudolph and Nora Mathilda Moen in Turtle Lake, ND. He grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo Central High School. He served in the US Army for 4 years in the Pacific Theater. After the war, John returned to Fargo and made it his home.

John is survived by his siblings, Arne R. Moen, Bellevue, WA, Norman A. (Patricia) Moen, Minneapolis, MN, Ivar B. (Frances) Moen, Elgin, IL; and M. Lorraine Moen, Fargo, ND and Muriel E. Dostal, St. Paul, MN;

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Nora Moen and sister N. Marion Snortum.
