Jamie Evelyn Bergman passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre, on Saturday April 9th, 2016 at the age of 45 years, of Glenboro MB, & formerly of Fargo, North Dakota.
Jamie married Bruce Bergman on May 26, 2001 in Belmont MB. Come this May would have been 15 years of marriage. They have one daughter, Megan born January 23, 2002.
Jamie loved working at the Glenboro personal care home, loved horses and would often take Megan to all the different horse shows and events that were going on in the area.
She was a very passionate/avid reader. Always had a book on the go. In any spare moment she would read. Even out in public as she always had her iPad with her, almost everywhere she went.
Jamie had a love for music in this way. She would listen to an artist just because she loved the sound of their voice.
She really loved shopping, not buying things, just shopping, she often said that " it was like therapy for her" if she was having a bad day. She could go and spend hours just walking store isles, looking at things. Also was adamant about gifts, she would spend hours/days/months just picking out that perfect gift for a particular person. This I guess made her "extremely" passionate about Christmas, her favorite holiday.
Her family Megan and me along with her sisters and their kids/ grand children, was extremely important to her.
Jamie leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband Bruce, and daughter Megan of Glenboro, father Marvin Geist, sisters Sheila (Steve) Sahr and Lisa Job all of Fargo North Dakota. Jamie is also survived by her father and mother-in-law Edwin and Helen Bergman of Belmont, sisters-in-law Teresa (Morley) May of Ninette, Connie Bergman of Belmont, Deanna Spencer of Belmont as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews
