George Doffin was born May 6, 1918 to John and Mary Doffin, in St. Paul, Minnesota.

George was educated largely in Romania and returned to the States while in high school.

After school he took a job with National Cash Register in Mankato, Minnesota, and after some years there he was named to manage the NCR branch in Fargo, where he stayed until his retirement. In his spare time he liked landscaping and building things, cats and playing cards.

George was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Adala, and many friends, and is survived by his sons, Randy and Grey, his daughter in law Pam Kramer, and his granddaughter Mari Doffin.

Thanks are due to the people of Evergreens in Moorhead for the excellent care they took with Dad in his later years.
