Frank Morley, 86, passed away April 15, 2016 in Grand Forks, ND. He was born August 17, 1929 in Bismarck, ND to Lyman and Sophie (Beich) Morley. He graduated from Bismarck High School in 1948. He joined the US Army from May of 1951 to June of 1953 and during that time he served in the Korean War. He married Eileen Fischer from Beulah, ND on June 25, 1955. They owned and operated Morley Electric in Killdeer, ND until 1975. The family moved to Edgeley, ND where he was employed at James Valley Electric. He was also Scout Master of Troop #148 from 1980-1985. In 1987, they moved to Fargo and he was employed by JC Penney until retirement. He enjoyed camping at Meadow Lake near Detroit Lakes, MN. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, coin collecting, watching old westerns and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife Eileen, daughter Lisa (Allen) Tucker, St. Thomas, ND, son Dave Morley (Marilyn Maskey), Fargo, ND, Grandchildren: Gregory Tucker, Kari Tucker, Tyler Morley, Zachary Morley and Montana Morley. Sisters: Evelyn Sandberg, MD, Arvilla (Dick) Wisti, Minneapolis, MN, Ruth Wilson, Walker, MN, sister in-law Irene Fischer, Beulah, ND, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyman and Sophie Morley, Eileen's parents, David and Tilly Fischer, in-laws Roy Sandberg, Noel Farley, Chuck Wilson, Reuben and Alma Fischer, Edna and Reuben Karlin and Virgil Biloff, Ray Fischer, Ruth Fischer and nieces, Kathy Farley, Betty Lou Gerving, Caroline Brinkman, and Marilyn Karlin.
