Eva Jennie Roscoe passed away September 6, 2016 surrounded by loved ones.

Eva was born July 30, 1934 in Montpelier, ND, daughter of Lillian and Andreas Millspaugh.
Neil and Eva were married August 21, 1954 in Dickey, ND. They celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Eva was born with a green thumb and a passion for gardening. She also enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and she had an array of owls from around the country which she collected for many years. Eva especially loved to spend time with her family.

She lives on through 5 children: Rick, Murray (Connie), Cheryl (Brad), Tom (Kathy), Dean (Susye); nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Donna and Jeanette, and many nieces and nephews.
