Etta Mae Johnson, 99, of Fargo, ND, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Innovis Health, Fargo. Etta Mae Greenfield was born March 17, 1910, in Columbus, North Dakota, daughter of Arthur and Gertrude (Moses) Greenfield. She attended Lignite High School. Etta Mae married Leonard Johnson April 10, 1931, in Burke County. They lived in Antler and Sanish before moving to Fargo in 1937. Etta Mae is survived by son Donald (Alta) Johnson, Waite Park, MN; two daughters, Joyce (Charles) Poalillo, Pasorobles, CA; and Lyleen (Robert) Ewing, New Port Beach, CA; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Etta Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; son, Rolland; brothers, Garold Greenfield, James Greenfield, and Delbert Moses; and sister, Mildred Beck. Funeral Service: Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 10:30 AM, at First Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND. Visitation: Tuesday, June 30, 2009, from 5-7 PM, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND.
