Erin Jacobson, 34, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 26, 2015, after a two year battle with breast cancer, surrounded by her family at Sanford Palliative Care, Fargo.

Erin Marie Jacobson was born in Fargo on January 15, 1981, to Paul (Jake) and Mary (Thompson) Jacobson. She graduated from Dakota Prairie High School, Petersburg, ND, and was working at Cardinal Glass as office manager until her illness forced her to retire.

Erin touched the lives of so many, even as she struggled through her rigorous treatment regimen; never complaining, often putting others before herself.

Erin is survived by her fiancé, Bryce Urness and his daughter Ashlan; her parents, Mary and Steve Revland; sisters, Leigh (Tyler) Thompson, Moorhead and Sheri (Derek) Messner, Warwick, ND; brother, Thomas, Chicago; grandmother, Ruby Cahlin; nephew, Koston Messner, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Erin was preceded in death by her father, Paul (Jake) Jacobson, Fargo; grandparents, George and Lena Jacobson, McVille, ND; grandfather, Thomas Thompson, Moorhead, and step-grandfather, Erv Cahlin, Fargo.

Memorials are preferred to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
