Dorothy Biever, 87, of Fargo died Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Eventide, Moorhead, MN.
Dorothy A. Pomplun was born September 28, 1925 to Paul and Anne (Mootz) Pomplun in Crookston, MN. She was the youngest of eight children.
Dorothy married Milo J. Biever on March 20, 1948 in East Grand Forks, MN.
She was a full-time mother and homemaker, after which she worked several part-time jobs before retiring from Thom Linen in 1990.
Dorothy and Milo were charter members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fargo. They celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2008.
She is survived by her son, Robert Biever, Tacoma, WA; daughter, Nancy (Gary) Ostrom, West Fargo, ND; grandson, Joel Ostrom, West Fargo, ND and sister, Marie Stepper, Burien, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, five sisters and one brother.
Memorial Service: Wednesday, October 17, 2012, 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND.
Visitation: One hour prior to services at the church.
Burial: Maple Sheyenne Cemetery, Harwood, ND.
