Diane Renee Kotrba passed away on September 28, 2023, in her home, with family by her side.

Diane was born February 16, 1956, to Harry and Evelyn (Nelson) Klotz, grew up in north Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead High School.

She married the love of her life, Jake Kotrba, on February 8, 1992.

She was an avid animal lover, making a home for numerous cats and dogs over the years, drawn to those rejected by others. She had a tough, courageous soul that was tested many times by this horrible disease called cancer. She loved her family fiercely, and because of that, we will all miss her terribly.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jake Kotrba; her mother, Evelyn Klotz; children, Kristi Zick, Ryan Zick, Nicole (Tiffany) Kotrba, Rachelle Foster, Ben (Wendy) Kotrba; her sisters, Lynnette (Tracy) Soule, Sheri (Dave) Fossum; grandchildren, Owen, Grant, Alexis, Olivia, Oliver, Eliot, Ethan, Emma, Dani, Elsie and Jacob; many nieces, nephews and amazing friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Klotz.
