Dallas Boatright, 93, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Pioneer House in Fargo.

Dallas was born April 22, 1933, in Fessenden, ND, to Gustave and Josie (Morken) Gunderson. She was raised and educated in Fessenden, graduating from Fessenden High School. She later moved to Fargo, where she worked for Dakota Supply Group, Dakota Clinic, and Hornbacher's.

On June 2, 1973, Dallas was united in marriage to Dale E. Boatright, and together they made their home in Fargo. Dale passed away on April 12, 1985.

Dallas was a devoted member of First Lutheran Church in Fargo, where she enjoyed worship, fellowship, and serving others. She was also active in Sons of Norway and the Fine Arts Club. Dallas was a dedicated fan of NDSU Bison football and especially enjoyed playing bridge and other card games with friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Dallas is survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; her parents; and her brother, Sidney (Fern) Gunderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at First Lutheran Church in Fargo, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church, Fargo Elim (The Pioneer House), Sons of Norway, or the Fine Arts Club.
