Christine Carmen Mitchell passed away March 1, 2021 in Fargo, ND after a courageous battle with lung disease.
Christy was born June 5, 1969 in Fargo, ND to Don and Marlene (Marty) Besette. In 1988, she graduated from Enderlin High School. She entered the Army on August 13, 1989 and was honorably discharged on November 7, 1991.
On September 14, 1990 she married Stan Mitchell in Sonderborg, Denmark.
Christy is survived by her husband, Stan; two children, Tiffany and Michael; sister, Brenda (Steve) Janikowski from Hankinson, ND; and her mother, Marty. She was preceded in death by her father Don and her brother Brian.
Christy will be buried with full honors at 11 am, April 9, 2021 at Fargo National Cemetery north of Fargo.
