Berget Ganje, 73, of Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at her home. Berget Ann Hegland, daughter of Gilman and Marie (Skreland) Hegland, was born June 24, 1936, at Oklee, Minnesota. She graduated from Oklee High School. She attended business school in Grand Forks, North Dakota, before moving to Moorhead, Minnesota, where she worked at the ASC office. Berget married Carl Ganje November 6, 1963, in Fargo, North Dakota, where they made their home. Carl died in 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Janetta (Kevin) Guida, Moorhead, MN; and two grandchildren, Bryant and Kayla Guida; cousins, Anne Traxler, Plummer, MN; Doris Sorenson, Fisher, ND; Harold (Elaine) Skreland, Inver Grove Heights, MN; Gloria (Bill) Niswonger, Walker, MN; Marian (Don) Schiller, Grand Forks, ND; and longtime special friends, Carol and Ralph Knudson, Horace, ND. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl; and an infant sister. Funeral Service: Monday, August 10, 2009, at 10:00 AM, at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to the service. Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND.
