Arthur “Ardie” Robert Streed, 66 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, Saturday, June 10, 2017. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. I have kept the faith” 2 Timothy 4: 7. Art was born in Fargo to Arthur V. and Judith A. Streed on July 29, 1950.
Art graduated from West Fargo High School in 1968. He received a degree in electronics from Moorhead Technical College in 1970.

On May 20, 1972 Ardie married Bonnie Kvebak. They had two sons, Bryce and Courtney. Art retired August 1, 2015 after working 44 years with various companies in the banking and security equipment industry.

Art’s hobbies were amateur radio (NØSTM), playing the piano, photography, tinkering with machines and electronics, and spending time with family at Lake Clitherall.

Art is survived by his wife, Bonnie their sons, Bryce (Leslie) Bismarck, ND and their children Annika and Preston, and Courtney (Kristin) Fargo, ND and their children Rylee and Chace; brother, David Streed; sister, Joy Streed; brother-in-law, Brian (Sally) Kvebak; sister-in-law, Brenda (Lynn) Hansen; and nieces and nephews.

Art was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother.
