Annabelle Viola Green

Annabelle Viola Green, 69, of West Fargo, North Dakota passed peacefully from this world on Tuesday August 1, 2017 at her home, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Annabelle was born April 30, 1948 in Hazen, North Dakota to parents Reinhold and Viola Specht.
In August of 1968 she married Alvin Schaff. To them, her two children, Troy and Trinity were born.
Ann was a life-long North Dakota resident and lived in numerous small towns as a child and Bismarck, Watford City, Williston, Alexander, and West Fargo during her adult years. She met Lewis Keith Green in 1987 and the two married in 2013. Following Keith’s death, Ann moved to West Fargo to be nearer her sons and spend more time with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Ann’s passions were many and her love of family strong. In addition to spending time with her son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren, she loved spending time with her sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. Over the years she had many pets, each having a special place in her heart, and each leaving this world very well fed. Ann had many hobbies and will probably be best remembered for her love of angels, antiques, collecting, and “junking” with friends and family.

Ann is survived by her sons, Troy (Leah) Schaff and Trinity (Melissa) Schaff both of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Tanner, Keeton, Evan, and Ceta; sisters, Joyce (Ronnie) Hanson of New Town, ND and Judy Sunhagen of Minot, ND; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Reinhold and Viola; her eldest sister Diane; her husband Keith; special friend Ella, and numerous relatives whom she loved and remembered fondly.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00am, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND.

VISITATION: 5-7:00pm, Monday, August 7, 2017 at the funeral home.

BURIAL: 3:30pm Mountain Time, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the Golgotha Cemetery, Golden Valley, ND.
