Wade was born October 15, 1969 in Breckenridge, MN. He enjoyed football (watching and playing), fishing, and being with his cat.
He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Johnson (Dean Sharbono); sister, Kari (Scott) Heintzman, Fargo, ND; brother, Ryan Johnson, Carson City, NV; niece, Haley Heintzman, Fargo, ND.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H Johnson. There will be a private memorial for Wade with his immediate family.
