Obituary
Stuart Cross Oliver, 61, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Sanford Palliative Care Hospital in Fargo.
Stuart (Stu for short) was born on October 22, 1956, in Douglas, Isle of Man, United Kingdom (UK) to Donald and Deleth Oliver. He spent his childhood in Newfoundland, Canada and North Dakota. In May 1974, Stu graduated from Fargo South High School. He then attended the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State University.
Stu worked for the Command Center for many years. Prior to that, he worked at bowling alleys in the area and owned Mainline Trophies.
In his younger years, Stu enjoyed playing golf, bowling and throwing darts.
Stu is survived by his father, Donald Oliver; brother, John, Wolverton, MN; sister, Katrina (Peter) Doll, West Fargo; two nieces, Gina (Tom) Mrozla and Amy (Alex) Gebhard; one nephew, Ethan Doll; and one great-niece, Demi Oliver Mrozla.
He is preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, and long-time companion Kathy Mickelson.
