Steve Blenkush, 63, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Essentia Health in Fargo.
Stephen Paul Blenkush was born on July 24, 1955 to Paul and June (Bechtold) Blenkush in Fargo, ND. Steve was a graduate of Fargo South High and a familiar face to his customers during his many years with Mini Mart and Loaf 'N Jug here in Fargo.
Steve is survived by his long-time significant other, Sharon Wieringa; five sisters, Cheryl Julien, Janine Lorz, June Siders, Paula Blenkush, and Rebecca Blenkush; and brother, Dave Blenkush.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Steve will be remembered by his friends and family for his love of animals and wild birds, his talent for creating beautifully landscaped gardens, his quiet strength, his intelligence, and his wry sense of humor. He is much beloved and will be greatly missed.
