Marlyn Christlieb, 79, West Fargo, died Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her home under the loving care of Sheila Christlieb and Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Marlyn Lees was born October 23, 1939 in Fargo, ND to Floyd and Florence (Chamberlain) Lees. She grew up in Fargo and attended Fargo Public Schools.

Marlyn was united in marriage to Ralph Christlieb on October 27, 1955. She worked at Far-Moor Equipment, SuperValu Warehouse, Steiger Tractor and West Acres Shopping Center.

Marlyn loved gardening, genealogy, dancing, roller skating, hanging clothes out to dry (even in the winter), but most of all she enjoyed getting together with family.

Marlyn is survived by her children, Monte Christlieb, Fargo, ND; Christine Holden, Valley City, ND; Sheila Christlieb, West Fargo, ND; John Christlieb, Fargo, ND; Mark (Alane) Christlieb, Moorhead, MN; Susan Smith, Fargo, ND; Lester (Catina) Christlieb, Kingsland, GA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; twin brother, Harlan; sister, Shirley Irvin; half-brother, Raymond Ballinger; half-sister, Frances; and half-brothers, Floyd, Robert and Richard.
