Dorothy Harbeke, 93, of Page, ND, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at her home in Page.
Dorothy Wilma Hess was born June 5, 1924 in Graceville, MN to Thomas and Ella Dale (Schenck) Hess. She married William Asmus in 1942. William died in 1975. Dorothy married Joseph Harbeke in 1986.
Dorothy loved gardening, quilting, visiting with her friends, playing cards, and dancing. She was an active member of her church for many years.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Lolita Foss, Fargo, ND; Sheryl Ulmer, Sioux Falls, SD; Richard Asmus, Raleigh, NC; James Asmus, East Stroudsburg, PA; Roberta Asmus, Maybrook, NY; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Asmus; husband, Joseph Harbeke; parents; and son, William Asmus.
