Darry Arveson, Jr., 48, of Glen Ullin, ND, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 31, 2017 in Fargo, ND.

Darry Gene Arveson, Jr. was born March 19, 1969 in Bremerton, Washington to Darry and Denise (Scott) Arveson. He grew up and attended school throughout Washington, and graduated from South Kitsap High School.

Darry married Carrie Aldrich on May 7, 1990 in Auburn, WA. They made their home in Washington and Florida, before making their home in Glen Ullin, ND. He was a cook for seventeen years after which he worked on road striping crews for 14 years. He was an avid fisherman, loved playing guitar, and was a major Seahawks fan. He was a great husband, father, and cook.

Darry is survived by his wife of 28 years, Carrie; daughter, Tiffany Aldrich, Fargo, ND; granddaughter, Karli Leanne; sisters, Kristi (Richard) Nelson and Wendy (Michael) Cruze and other beloved siblings; mother, Denise (David) Monroe and many other extended family members.
