Daniel Roehrich, 69, passed onto eternal life on Wednesday April 3, 2019 in Bethany nursing home on University after two long hard years fighting stage IV colorectal cancer.

He lived in Fargo his entire life. He met his beloved wife, Linda (Blotsky) Roehrich, whom he married and raised two beautiful children, Danette Roehrich Oak, of Fargo, ND and Lynnette Roehrich (Collin) Rasmussen, of Aberdeen, SD.

Dan spent his life helping others. He spent his most recent years volunteering at Bethany nursing home. He lived to enjoy his time with family, especially with his five grandchildren, Chris (Megan) Roehrich, April Roehrich, Kayla Roehrich, Annalise Oak, and Breanna Oak, great-grandson Theodore Roehrich, and two daughters, Danette Oak and Lynnette Rasmussen. He thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors and living his very active lifestyle with his black lab, Mya. Other activities he enjoyed outside of family included camping, attending NDSU Bison games, bowling, playing pool, and watching football, baseball, and basketball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Leora (Wiebusch) Roehrich. He is survived by his brother Dennis Roehrich; two sisters, Patricia (Frankie) Walker, and Diane Roehrich; two daughters, five grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
