Dale Joseph Ricord, 64, Fargo, ND, formerly Crookston, MN, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on July 3, 2014.

Dale was born in Crookston, MN on September 27, 1949. He attended Central High School in Crookston. Upon his discharge from the Army in 1970, he returned to Crookston and married Dione Hulst on March 5, 1971; they were married 13 years.
Dale worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years. He later worked for at NDSU, Dakota Fencing and part-time as a clerk at the C-Store in Sabin, MN. Dale was blessed with a kind heart and generous spirit. He loved his family and was proud of them. Those who knew Dale will miss his wit, his caring nature, his practical jokes and his laughter.

Dale will be forever loved and remembered by his daughter, Tammy (Corey) Drewes, Alexandria, MN; son, Troy Ricord, Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Joshua and Jacob Dale, Jaiden and Jeryn Drewes, and Reilly Ricord. Also surviving are a sister, Teresa (Chuck) Jones; brothers, Lawrence (Geri), Gary (Barb), and Allen (Linda); and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Mose Ricord and Melvina (Patenaude) Ricord, sister-in-law, Marilyn Ricord; and several aunts and uncles.
