Chad Allen Simonson was born on August 26, 1970 to Roy and Nancy (King) Simonson in Breckenridge, MN.
Chad is survived by his children, Nicole Johnson, Melody Simonson, Nicholas Simonson, and Paige Simonson; grandchildren, Beau and Kendall Anderson; sisters, Melissa Troxel and Tonya Simonson; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandparents, Andrew and Cecil Simonson; Lloyd and Shirley King.
